Refund policy

All sales final. No refunds on any items (new or used, including gift cards), unless defective by manufacturer and item is brought to the store for confirmatory inspection within 30 days. All deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited if the item is unclaimed after 30 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
